16 year old islander Nick Chater is currently on the transplant list and awaiting the news of a possible kidney donor. In hopes of spreading the message; Nick and his family have joined a new campaign targeted at raising awareness for organ donation. The family has temporally moved to the UK during the wait for a kidney donor match. Tyrone spoke to Nick and his Dad to find out more about his situation.
