If you had your eyes to the skies on the evening of Thursday 10th October you may have been in for a real treat!  A rare and breath-taking natural display of lights were visible as the Aurora Australis lit up Stanley’s skies.

The stunning lights usually seen in higher latitudes put on a mesmerising show of vibrant greens and purples, creating an unforgettable performance for those lucky enough to witness it.
