Mental health awareness campaigns have continued to gain traction in recent years, with aims of garnering public support in order to destigmatise the issue and provide help for those in need.

Last weekend, we went down to the town hall to view an art exhibition put on by a local artist in support of a community organisation promoting good mental health in the Falkland Islands.
