As part of the government’s Island Plan, a review is currently underway to better understand the needs and service provision for students with special educational needs.

Last month, FIG hosted a specialist team from Weston College Centre to look at what is currently being done in the islands and to advise on areas for improvement.

A report on the team’s findings and recommendations will be published in the coming months and will help to inform potential policy changes in the future.
