Marked in around 80 countries worldwide International men’s day fell on the 19th November. The day is dedicated to celebrating the positive contributions men make to society whilst also bringing global awareness to issues that they may face. Jordan spoke to several professionals about how men here in the Falklands can look after their physical and mental health.
