James Bicaldo cooks... brownies

James Bicaldo is back in the kitchen cooking chocolate brownies, recipe below:

Ingredients:

  • 225g butter
  • 200g unsweetened chocolate
  • 350g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 180g flour
  • 200g walnuts

Method:

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a pan with baking paper. Melt chocolate and butter over double broiler. Add the sugar for quick cool down. Then gradually add the eggs. Last add the walnuts and flour. Bake it for 30-35 minutes for it to be moist and chewy. For it to be fully cooked 45-50 minutes will do. Leave to cool and serve with ice cream.
