The Merchant Navy Welfare Board has a duty to advocate for the rights and welfare of seafarers in the United Kingdom and its Overseas Territories.

This week, the CEO of the UK-based charity, has been visiting the Lighthouse Seafarers Mission, to evaluate the needs of the fishing community in the region, whilst also promoting awareness of the Welfare Board’s role.
