In the run up to the 19th NatWest International Island Games Guernsey 2023, we have been joining some of Team Falkland Islands in their training sessions for the competition.

One of the youngest teams competing in the games is the swimming squad, with four out of the six still in high school. The team will compete in a range of different swimming events, and we sent Bela along to the pool to find out what it takes to become a pro swimmer.
