While most of Stanley enjoyed their Monday morning lie in this week, we sent Katharyn and the FITV crew out to work and break a sweat, turning their hands at some peat cutting.  

Whilst juggling a shovel, Katharyn took the time to dig out some facts about this traditional Falklands past time.
