Peat Deposits on Coffin Island | Part 1

Peat deposits are plentiful here in the Falkland Islands which are home to a variety of habitats.

Through-out history grazing and erosional processes have affected these habitats.

To monitor their impact and potential for restoration Falklands Conservation have begun a three year project funded by the Darwin Plus Initiative.
