Record High Temperatures in the Antarctic

Scientists stationed in the Antarctic have recorded record high temperatures on the continent, with temperatures on the eastern ice sheet fifty to ninety degrees above average for this time of year.

We spoke to Professor John Turner from the British Antarctic Survey to find out if there was any clear reason behind the sudden rise in temperatures.
