In the summary court on Wednesday Mr Christopher Barnard faced one charge relating to an incident which occurred in March this year.

The court heard evidence from the complainant and Mr Barnard who spoke about the incident.

After the day long trial the Justices of the Peace found Mr Barnard not guilty and he was free to leave.
