Three cases appeared in the Summary Court on Wednesday this week.
Mr Nigel Bishop pleaded not guilty to unconsented sexual touching after an incident occurred at the complainant’s place of work on the 29th June this year.
Mr Bishop admitted to touching the complainant but denied any sexual or inappropriate intent.
The trial was set for the 10th November.
