Girlguiding UK have chosen to stop support for British Girlguiding Overseas.
This means that girl guide groups in the Falklands will no longer receive support from the UK organisation from the 1st September, and while the group in the islands will be able to continue they are unsure in what format.
A petition calling on Girlguiding UK to re-examine the decision has, at the time of recording received over 7,000 signatures.
