20 Chilean business representatives visited the Islands last week to explore potential business, trade and tourism opportunities. With the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership coming into force on the 15th of December, trade conditions between the UK and Chile are set to improve, that could strengthen partnerships between The Falklands and Chile.
