The Falklands fire service are upgrading their pager system, which currently dates from the eighties. The new Multitone nucleus pagers will ensure more reliable and detailed communications, a further range over Stanley and greater ease of use through an associated phone app. The pagers may also be rolled out to the hospital and other emergency services.
