Prior to their dissolution at the end of October, Executive Council approved an update to the Falklands’ anti-discrimination policy. Falkland Islands Government say this will strengthen protections across a range of situations for all Islanders, with a Discrimination and Employment Tribunal being established to resolve claims unable to be settled informally.
