Proposals from the UK Government to phase out smoking and ban disposable vapes have been debated in the Legislative Assembly. Last week MLAs mentioned the idea of the phased smoking ban which would make it illegal to sell tobacco products to those born after 2009.
Some MLAs expressed the view that while they are against smoking, freedom of choice was important. However several MLAs showed support in banning disposable vapes.
