Falkland Islands darts prodigy Temis Smith has been handed £4,000 worth of sponsorship by the Chandlery, allowing him to take his promising career in the sport another step forward.

Temis was presented with the money at the Chandlery Supermarket by Business Manager Neville Hayward just before Christmas.

He will now take part in the PDC Development Tour, which allows young players aged 16-24 not already in the top 64 of the PDC Order of Merit to compete for a PDC Tour Card.
