The Legislative Assembly also discussed electricity prices in the Falklands, following a motion by MLA Lewis Clifton to review the current prices and how they are decided upon by the Public Works Department.

The motion asked for a response to the review from the Governor-in-Council, as well as for the Financial Secretary to report back to the Assembly on how the prices are calculated.
