Increased costs for two of the Government’s major capital projects were discussed during the latest meeting of the Legislative Assembly.

Initial discussions over the 2026/27 Budget indicated both had gone significantly over the total funds allocated for each of them, whilst recent shipping delays led to delays in work getting underway.

MLA Lewis Clifton asked MLA Dean Dent to update the House and the public on revised schedules and costs for each project.
