Veterans and current members of the military services joined members of the community at the Malvina House Hotel last weekend to celebrate Armed Forces Day. A flag had been raised earlier in the day at Victory Green before the evening reception, which was also attended by the Governor; the Commander of British Forces, Brigadier Charlie Harmer; MLAs and other honoured guests.
