A further review into maternity services at the King Edward Memorial Hospital concluded on October 13th. A consultant obstetrician and a specialist midwife from the UK spent five days evaluating maternity services, following a previous visit in March 2024 after the death of baby Aspyn. The aim was to see what improvements have been made and to make further recommendations.
