A settlement between the campaign group Justice4Patients and Falkland Islands Government over data breaches at King Edward Memorial Hospital is close to being agreed. An Executive Council paper stated the matter had been settled but the group stress there is still work to do before it comes to a close, including a future external review of the Hospital.
