Falkland Islands Government has signed two major contracts marking a major step forward in the construction of the Islands’ new port facility.

The £109 million project will see Dutch company Damen Civil and Modular Construction design, build, and install four new barges to replace FIPASS, while RSK Falklands will construct a new access road and causeway.
