Last week Falkland Islands Government announced that Argentina had withdrawn from the Foradori-Duncan Pact.

The Pact, which sought to improve relations on trade and security between the UK and Argentina, also supported humanitarian work in the region, including two projects used to identify at least 115 unknown Argentine war dead.

Falkland Islands Government has expressed disappointment at Argentina’s decision to end the agreement.
