Eighteen months ago, the Falkland Islands Policy Unit began work on investigating issues caused by cruise ship clash days. Since then, Executive Director of the Falkland Island Tourist Board, Steph Middleton has taken over looking this through discussions with the Islands tourism sector and cruise ship companies.
