Debbie Lake from the Lighthouse Seafarers Mission has been honoured with a special award.

The Merchant Navy Welfare Board’s Services to Seafarers’ Welfare Award recognises those who have provided an exceptional level of service to seafarers.

Debbie has been a full time volunteer at Seafarer’s Mission’s in Northern Ireland and the Falkland Islands for the past 14 years.
