Something you might not know about this year’s election is that it is the first to be internationally observed.

A team of two parliamentarians, two election analysts and two representatives of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association landed in the Falklands a little over a week ago and have spent much of their time in the Islands gaining different perspectives on the electoral process.
