The Falkland Islands’ men’s football team played their first match since the start of the year at the weekend. Made up of a mix of experienced and new players, the Falklands team took to Stanley Field against a visiting side from Mount Pleasant Complex. But a stirring second half performance saw the home team come from behind to claim a confidence-boosting win.
