This year’s Golden Shears competition in New Zealand is on the horizon.

The event sees shearers and wool handlers in different age categories put themselves to the test in the most prestigious competition in shearing.

This year, it’s being held alongside the World Championships, with shearers Evan Jones and Adam Dickson and wool handlers Talia Jones and Pilar Castro travelling to Masterton to represent the Falklands.
