Executive Council is minded to approve recommendations from the VSAT Select Committee.

This includes the reduction of the VSAT licence fee to £180 from the current fee of £5,400 per annum, as well as revise the policy rationale for the issuing of licenses.

A public consultation is set to launch on March 10th, with Exco considering approval of the results in May.
