The Falkland Islands’ women’s cricket team will travel to St. Helena next January for a series of cricket and netball fixtures.

It will mark the Falklands’ first appearance on the international stage in women’s cricket, while netball has previously featured at the Island Games.

The tour comes as participation in women’s cricket continues to grow locally.
