Legislative Assembly responds to concerns over LATAM flights

The Legislative Assembly has responded to claims made by the Governor of Tierra del Fuego that LATAM’s continued failure to call Ushuaia Airport by its proper name could see its planes being prevented from landing there. The airport is being used as a stopover for flights between the Falklands and Chile whilst Rio Gallegos Airport is being refurbished. The Assembly say discussions over whether to divert flights to Ushuaia were extensive.
