After multiple penguins were found across the Falklands with oil on them in recent weeks, the Falkland Islands Maritime Authority reached out to Falklands Conservation regarding the matter. We spoke to MLA Jack Ford about what the Maritime Authority’s powers are, in cases of oil spill incidents.
