Executive Council has approved a new Accelerated Housing Development Scheme, which will see 60 new plots created at Murray Heights.

In the first of two phases, 30 modular housing units will be built within the next 12 months.

Incoming Navitas oil workers will be prioritised over local residents, but the Government remain confident this will help address the current housing shortage.
