Construction is underway for a solid stone causeway which Navitas plan to use for oil exploitation.

Southbay– a Tyneside based civil engineering contractor – has set up a subsidiary in the Falklands (Southbay Falkland Islands) to work on their first assignment beyond the UK.

The new causeway will be long term and able to accommodate larger vehicles.
