Work to construct a new cemetery by Moody Brook is set to begin in the upcoming months, following approval of the initial phases of the project by the Planning and Building Committee.

The Public Works Department suggested four sites for the cemetery back in 2021, with a public consultation favouring a location to the west of Stanley.
