Concerns about an overdependence on agency staff were spoken about during the Health and Medical Services Committee this week.
The Director’s report noted that the care system is not attracting local applicants. It was also mentioned that work is ongoing between the AG department, Government House and UK departments to make recruitment from overseas easier.
