Every year during farmer’s week, schools in Stanley hold the Susan Whitley Memorial Art Exhibition – in memory of the home economics teacher who sadly lost her life during the 1982 conflict.

Artwork from pupils at the Falkland Islands Community School, the Infant and Junior School and Camp Education was on display, with judges and members of the public voting for their favourites.
