FITV’s very own Easter Bunny Amy can’t resist making this super easy Chocolate Easter Nest recipe!
You Will Need:
400g Milk Chocolate
170g Shredded Wheat
Mini Eggs or Mini Creme Eggs (to decorate)
Mini Marshmallows (to decorate)
Cupcake Cases
Method
Step 1
Crush the shredded wheat biscuits in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a small bowl placed over a pan of simmering water.
Step 3
Pour the chocolate over the shredded wheat and stir well to combine.
Step 4
Spoon the chocolate wheat into cupcake cases and press the back of a teaspoon in the centre to create a nest shape.
Step 5
Place mini eggs/mini creme eggs/marshmallows on top of each nest.
Step 6
Chill the nests in the fridge for 20 minutes until set.
