Concerns Raised Over Cost of Electricity in The Falklands

The Chamber of Commerce have continued to raise their concerns on the cost of electricity. They have been in correspondence with the Falkland Islands Government since last winter. They have been asking for FIG to undertake a full analysis of high electricity prices on businesses and the electorate, and to reconsider the deficit and to have a meaningful discussion about the depreciation of government assets against utility costs.
