The Falklands will no longer have to rely solely on external contractors for concrete laying in building projects.

Several new concrete pumps have now been delivered to the Islands, with local construction workers being trained to complete the work themselves.

Whilst it does involve early starts to allow labour to be finished in daylight hours, this marks a significant step forward for construction in the Islands.
