Delays to the Sapper Hill housing project are expected to be shorter than first thought.

Work was paused to divert resources to modular housing at Murray Heights, but during the latest Legislative Assembly meeting, MLA Dean Dent said some activity had continued, meaning plots should become available sooner than previously expected.
