Lieutenant Nick Taylor, a harrier pilot who was shot down by Argentine anti-aircraft guns during the raid at Goose Green, was the first British casualty of the Falklands war. Members of the Falkland’s community gathered at his memorial site on the 4th May for a remembrance service in his honour.
