Government tenancies overview was presented at the Housing Committee last week. The policy hasn’t been updated since about 2015/2016, so now a number of changes has been introduced including amendments to the point system and conditions for renewing tenancy. The policy will be sent to the Executive Council before proceeding with the public consultations stage.
