Making new plots of land available will be high on the priority list for next budget session according to MLA Spink. The issues surrounding the housing crisis were discussed in August’s Legislative Assembly with MLAs agreeing that action rather than discussion was needed.  The Housing Strategy was published in 2021 and the commitment to deliver this is in the current island plan.
