The Falkland Islands will now be home to a unique replica of Sir Ernest Shackleton’s famous ship, the Endurance.

The model, which has travelled from war-torn Ukraine to the Falklands, via Cornwall, was unveiled at the Jetty Visitor Centre in front of MLAs, Government officials and local explorer Mensun Bound, whose team located the wreck of the Endurance back in 2022.
