In the run up to the 19th NatWest International Island Games Guernsey 2023, we have been joining some of Team Falkland Islands in their training sessions for the competition.
Featuring in the cycling road race and time trial at Guernsey is Jim Horton, along with team mate Jake Summers. Hannah went to have a chat with Jim as he squeezed a quick cycling practice in one lunch time.
