His Majesty’s Prison’s population is currently at its lowest since 2003. This is due to a number of people coming to the end of their sentencing and being released. During the Legislative Assembly last week, MLA Jack Ford spoke about the Overseas Territories Prison Conference which will be held in the Falkland Islands for the first time.
